Balancing.

Additions and fixes:
-Added proper balance to homebrew Skills. Skills now separated into Basic Skills and Advanced Skills (with rules in them).
-Added rules for Daemons creation.
-Added detailed Rules of Cool.
-Text now separated in triple columns for easier reading.

Will come soon:
-Gravity and flight ruleset.
-Proper numerations of pages and content.

NOTE: There is some software bug and some of tabs are not rendered properly when exported to PDF.
